During this life-journey, and particularly during this pandemic, we may experience suffering, depression due to loss of jobs, challenges to put food on our tables or difficulties keeping our children focused at home, but we must not lose hope. God knows that we live in a fallen world, that all have sinned and fall short of his glory.
In John 8:12, Jesus says, “I am the light of the World.” We know that the word of God is true. God sent His Son, Jesus, to the earth to redeem humanity from the curse of sin and death (Gal 3:13) Without the shedding of blood, there could be no remission of sin, so Jesus died once so that we could have forgiveness of sin through him.
