In my situation, life seems overwhelming. Caring for my daughter with special needs is becoming more challenging. I am not consistent in doing the things I like to do such as writing, speaking, or even creating videos to share my thoughts. However, regardless of my situation, I give God thanks.
I give God thanks for waking me up this morning and allowing me to see another day. To wake up and be in His presence is joy and peace, knowing that He is supervising me, guiding, and directing me in the things He has called me to do.
I thank Him for choosing me to run this race although it has been a difficult one. When I feel sad and lonely, I remember that He is running beside me, cheering me on, and helping me to look forward, not backward.
I thank God for giving me hope in this dismal world we live in, so I press forward with the expectation that I will be successful in the things that I have undertaken to do for others. Even that gets complicated as I face the need to invest in advertising and participate in social media to get viewers’ attention.
I pray that God will give you and me strength and perseverance as we care for our families, as we work at our jobs, our businesses, and our ministries in Jesus’ name, Amen.
